Hello friends of the forum ... I have an LG smartv which does not turn on, only the standby LED flashes (approximately 7 times) and goes out ... measured at source board voltages which are:
P-DIM1 = 0.57 v
DRV-ON = 0.10v
P-DIM2 = 0.59 v
PWR-ON = 3.43 v
13.2 V = 13.3 v

Generally some LEDs are shorted, as they are in series, the others receive excess voltage. To verify and change the LEDs, the panel (screen) must be opened very carefully.
